    How do I book an appointment?

    Setting an appointment can done easily by:

    • Call or text 416.688.4229 ... I may be in session at the time of your call but will contact you as soon as possible.
    • Contact us by Email

    How do I cancel an appointment?

    Please text or email 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or re-book appointments please do so with 24 hours notice. This gives the opportunity for other clients to use the spot. You will be responsible for the full fee and charged for the time reserved when cancellations are received less than 24 hours in advance.

    Are the appointments confidential?

    The information shared in sessions is confidential with the exception of

    • Serious risk to the health and safety of yourself or another
    • Neglect or harm to a child
    • Court order

    What are your rates?

    Session fees are $160.00 per hour.

    Will my insurance cover the cost?

    To determine if you have mental health coverage please check with your insurance carrier. Please confirm that your therapist’s designation meets the requirements set out in your plan.
